At All Time Fuel, our customers are valuable to us. Each customer is special and is treated like family. Our professional, courteous and efficient staff members are available to take your order Sunday thru Friday during regular business hours. For your convenience, provision is also made for those customers who may need emergency services outside of regular business hours.

In order to provide you with the most efficient and economic heating system, our service technician must visit your home to do an assessment. Call the office (914-979-0416) to schedule an appointment for your free estimate.
This service is free for All Time Gold Club members and discounted for regular customers. It involves vacuum-cleaning of the boiler flues, chamber, flue pipe, and chimney base. Also includes overhauling the burner and checking all controls.
Note: The free service does not include parts.

Gold Club member status is awarded to those customers whose oil purchases have reached one thousand gallons. The Gold Club member must remain a regular customer in order to retain membership in the Club. Benefits will be added and/or changed periodically.
Homeowners who are not All Time Fuel customers may still call us for service. While the service cost for our customers are subsidized, non-customers will be charged the full but a competitive rate. They may be given coupons that they can use to reclaim a percentage of their service bills once they become oil-buying customers.
Customers who make successful referrals to All Time Fuel will receive special incentives. The individual referred to us must eventually become a customer to be considered a successful referral.

Do not install thermostat near areas of extreme temperature such as boiler room or kitchen, or near doors that open to the outside, as these will cause the thermostat to give a false reading.
Weatherize your home by sealing windows and doors. You should also ensure that walls are properly insulated.
Replace furnace filters once per month during the winter.
Acquire a thermostat that can be programmed so that you can better monitor usage. The boiler can be turned down or turned off when everyone is asleep at nights, or away from home during the day time.

A: Customers may pay using debit/credit cards, cash, money order, Zelle, and checks (check must be received at least two days prior to delivery). Credit and debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) may be submitted over the phone. All payments can be submitted at the office. Drivers and servicemen DO NOT collect payments on the road.

A: Currently we do not offer lock-in prices due to the uncertainty and the wild fluctuations in the market.
A: Yes, we have both automatic and will-call customers. If you are not sure which is better for you, one of our staff members will be happy to help you choose.
A: No. All you need to do is call our office with your delivery instructions and your payment information at hand.
A: Except for extreme circumstances, or where otherwise requested, all calls are same-day delivery.
A: Under normal circumstances, a minimum order of 100g is recommended. However, this amount can be adjusted depending on your location and/or financial challenges. Whatever your situation, All Time will always try to meet your heating needs. Just give us a call and let us do the rest.
A: Yes. Our service department offers subsidized plans to our customers. Non-customers are also welcome, although there are differences in the pricing plans. Call us for more details.
A: Your oil boiler should be vacuum-cleaned at least once each year preferably during the summer when it is cheaper and the boiler is not in constant use.
